The department of Education is one of the highlyenriched Departments of Khejuri College. This department ensures continuousacademic and research-oriented activities. The practise of CBCS curriculumenables learners to develop cognitive, conative, and psychomotor abilities.This department facilitates students with blended mode of learning and skilldevelopment. Dedicated faculty members of this department are enthusiasticenough in providing support to all round development of learners, satisfyingtheir needs and areas of interest. Mentor-mentee relationship is strong enoughamong teachers and learners. National level webinars are conducted in thisdepartment in collaboration with IQAC and other departments of College whereorganizers, students and faculty members gave their best efforts to make it asuccessful event. The department’s wall magazine ‘Sampriti’ consists ofwritings, ideas, innovations and creativity of learners and faculty members.Seminars are organized and executed by students and teachers of thisdepartment. Students also celebrate Teachers’ Day, freshers’ welcome andfarewell ceremony as part of cultural activities. The students participate inadd-on courses organized by department of Education and by other departments ofthis College. Proper guidance and counselling are provided to the students byfaculty members for their successful academic progression, development ofjob-oriented skill-based capabilities and development of a healthy mind to makeuse of their knowledge and experience for betterment of society andneighbouring locality.

• This department aims to conduct skill-based trainingprogrammes for students and faculty members.
• This department aims to teach learners in blended modethrough exchange of faculties of Education departments of other Colleges andUniversities to make teaching learning process more effective.
• This department aims to plan and execute educationaltour programmes to enrich learners with practical knowledge and experience.
• This department aims to prepare a departmental librarycontaining text books, magazines, Journals and other essential study materialsrequired for teaching-learning process.
• This department aims to prepare and conductaudio-visual classes in smart classrooms using teaching – aids and power-pointpresentations and make sure that learners can access e-learning through onlineaccess facilities provided in libraries.
• The faculty members aim to develop e-content tofacilitate students learning system and encourage them to facilitate learningthrough completion of Swayam, Swayam Prava courses etc.
• The faculty members aim to successfully carry outresearch projects, workshops, seminars, webinars etc. to enrich learner’sknowledge and experience.
